To the extent permitted by law, all warranties, assurances or representations in relation to the Forum (including all material posted on the Forum) are expressly excluded. Without limitation, SSP makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, completeness or accuracy of the information or advice displayed on or obtained through the Forum.

If you claim that there has been a breach of a condition or warranty that cannot be excluded by these Terms, you agree that SSP’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy is limited, at our discretion, to either re-supplying the services we supplied under these Terms or paying the cost of re-supplying comparable services. We also reserve the right to reveal whatever information we know about you if required to do so by law or in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any material you have posted.

We reserve the right to delete any material on the Forum for any or no reason whatsoever. If you find any posts that you believe are objectionable, you agree to contact the Forum immediately by e-mail (mail@sixth.com.au ) and first give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve your concerns within 30 days.

When you post material on the Forum, you grant to SSP a worldwide, perpetual, sub-licensable, royalty-free, irrevocable and exclusive licence to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, display, publicly perform, edit, publish, make derivative works from, sell and distribute, your first name only, your state and the material that you post, in any medium now in existence or later developed, including in connection with the GirlForce books series, the GirlForce website at www.girlforce.com.au, mobile sites and GirlForce promotions. You agree that we are not obliged to make any payment of any sum to you (royalty or otherwise) even if we use information provided by you for commercial purposes. Nor do we have to acknowledge you as the source or subject of such information.
