Learn to Love Yourself
Any of these sound like you? “I’m fat”, “I’m ugly”, “I hate my skin”. If you find it hard to receive a compliment or notice that you stand in front of the mirror obsessing about how bad you look, it’s time you had a body-esteem makeover. You need to turn the negatives into positives. Each time you catch yourself making a negative statement about your looks try to catch yourself out and turn it into an affirmation such as, “I love my body just the way it is”. Promise, in time this will pay massive body-esteem dividends. Also, when you look in the mirror don’t focus on the bits you hate. Look at the whole picture and try to see yourself as other people do – your friends and family love you both for who you are as well as how you look.

You’ve made friends with your body
You’re pretty comfortable with how you look. You know you may not be Scarlett Johansson but you’ve come to terms with your shape and general appearance. You’re not a poser but you could ramp up the Paris-show-off-factor. No one will accuse you of being up yourself if you maximise your assets and shake your booty a little more often. Even if you do get the odd zit or have an occasional bad hair day, when you look in the mirror you’re cool about the face looking back at you.

Show ‘em how to do it girl
You’re in the fantastic position of feeling great about your body. Tall or short, skinny or curvy you know you’ve got the WOW factor. The kind of super-charged body-love that you have is rare – so hold onto it girl! It’s possible that you’ll intimidate your less-confident friends so don’t be too in their faces about your fabulousness. Enjoy your assets and take pleasure in your image but also remember beauty is only skin-deep and it’s what you’ve got on the inside that really counts.
