GirlForce Mega Clothing Comp

Well, as the competition title suggestd, it was MEGA!!  Heaps of you entered and why not when the prize was the full 12-piece range of GirlForce Activewear Clothing which recently sold-out in Target stores.  So sadly, the winner was the last person to get her hands on this very cool gear.

All you had to do was to tell me in 40 words-or-less about the most important thing in your life. And how amazing were all your entries!!! As ever I had huge trouble picking the winner but it had to be done and the prize goes to Zoe Jensen of Tasmania who sure is a wise GirlForce girl.

Here is what she wrote.

The most important thing in my life is....

"Everyone around me! All the people I meet everyday and the ones I already know, all contribute to my life! Whether they're my fantastic mum or my
bestie, or even those girls who yell out stuff as I walk past, they all make me the person I am!"

But I also couldn’t go past another bunch of entries which I decided to award with a copy of the inspiring book, GirlForce You.  Here they are!!

Gemma Walker – 14, NSW
I am 14 and have had arthritis for 13 years. The most important thing for me is to not fall to self-pity and to keep up with my schoolwork even after long stints in hospital.
Emma Cook – 15, QLD
Breathing, without it there is nothing else.
Bethany – 13, VIC
Love is the most important thing in my life. The love from my family and friends, and the love I give them. If I have a really bad day, it is nice to remember that someone loves me.
Caitlin Sly – 16, TAS
Self-respect, if I don't respect myself then no one else will either. Because I respect myself I respect the people I care about which makes me a better person and friend. Self-respect helps me to stay true to my morals.
Angela Zhang – 13, VIC
My wonderful family and the body that I have. I feel so privileged to be blessed with support and love, whichever road I pick when I make decisions. My body symbolises me, who I am and my backgrounds.
Ashlee Taylor – 14, QLD
It’s hard to choose between family, friends and childhood memories so I’m going to say the most important thing to me is life. Without life we're nothing, obviously. Life gives you friends, family and those memories all in one.
Catherine Brand – 18, NSW
There to keep me grounded.. there to lift me up. Communication without words. Belief without hesitation. I live for her to be proud because she wants ME to be proud of myself. mum; appreciation, admiration, inspiration; Its all to you.
Alexia – 13, SA
The things important in my life are the things I love .. my friends & family, walking along the beach, snuggling up on a cold winter day, catching the train to the city, photo booths, sleepovers & most importantly being me!
